Just being on the pill and skipping doses is not birth control, its being irresponsible.

my 22 year old friend just got knocked up with her 3rd child. she says "I was on the pill" blah blah blah. then she admitted she would forget doses and not take it at the same time. thats not birth control failure. thats personal failure.

now if you have tubes tied or a vasectomy and you still get pregnant.. well that is the definition of birth control failure. but I would guess that might happen for 1 out of every 5,000 unintended pregnancies.
i would take the morning after pill-which is something that many equate with abortion. but then, they also say the pill is murder...
at any rate, too many people must feel they're bulletproof. but i tend to give people benefit of the doubt-if it's unintended, i would have to think something was done to prevent it...other than the withdrawal method that is!!

and condom failure doesn't necessarily mean that it was obvious the sucker broke.
