Hansbrough, Blair, Redick as examples. Excellent college players but skill set somewhat limited for NBA. Hansbrough has been playing lights out recently with increased playing time, Blair has developed into a solid reserve and Redick adds scoring off the Orlando bench. Players who make up for lack of NBA skill set with hustle and desire.
