"Historic election landslide" ? It was great for the GOP, but it wasn't all that "historic" - it was the smallest winning margin in the past three turnovers of Congress, and the first where the party couldn't win the Senate, too.
But between the GOP and the Tea Baggers already flip-flopping on their election promises, and the infighting developing on the right; and the Dems still not apparently growing any balls, I'm sure the run-up to 2012 will be a never-ending source of entertainment  |
wasnt it the largest pick up in the house since 1942 or something historic like that? over 60 seats is a landslide.
They picked up a lot of senate seats also, considering only 37 were up for grabs. would have got two more, and harry R out of there if stupid religious people werent picked in DE and NV.
