And it is seems fine to some when people say stuff like "speed up the process" or "limit the appeals," but when you see the staggering number of people who have been convicted and sentenced to death row....only to be proven innocent later, that gets harder and harder (for a thinking person) to say. while I agree with this somewhat, in the past 10 years or so DNA has become much more of an exact science. I lbelieve DNA proves way beyond any reasonable doubt, since two people never have the same DNA (maybe identicle twins do? I dunno). If DNA proves, speed up the process and save the
