The Federal Government is so big and bureaucratic it can't get out of its own way. This latest move is equivalent to pulling an ambulance in for an emission test while transporting a patient to the Emergency Room. Obama and his bureaucrats just need to get out of the way. And whoever the Coast Guard official who ordered the barges to port needs to be fired yesterday.
