I don't think NYRA has any leverage to strong arm ABC on anything. What are they going to say? Show the race or else? While I agree that it sucks not to see the race and if they arent going to show it they should allow TVG/HRTV to show it, it really isnt that big of a deal.
As for NYRA racing on Sunday, I have been to Belmont on the Sunday after the Belmont in previous years. There usually is noone there. The 4 day leadup to the Wed carryover will
help NYRA handle far more money on the wager than if they had it on Sunday. Is this even debatable?
And I still can't believe that Romans and Greg Fox have a relationship. I didnt even know they were gay
