Lori no way are they going to do any hard time. I'm not sticking up for N.Korea just making the point these girls f'd up and now have put us in this situation of being forced to bargain with the little dictator in women's sunglasses. If they in fact N Korea crossed the border and kidnapped them I think the cameraman and guide who escaped would be doing daily stories from the place they were taken from. Also I don't think China and NKorea have a 'open border policy' where troops from either side can cross but I could be wrong. And then to know they worked for Al Gore's company? Hopefully he gets charged for any costs the US will incure to secure their release.
