I am not sure how involved in the breeding business any of you are, but if they wanted to breed RA to anyone in the world, all they would have to do is call and ask. The farm would just require that they could advertise that RA was in the stallion's book. The foal would also likely be a sale topper or atleast a day topper. That would give additional promotional material.
Deals are made everyday, even on the AP Indy's of the world.
