These three were responses to problems that pure capitalism caused. You can not show me a country where pure capitalism ever worked. It has the same flaws that show up each time it is tried. The only thing that will ever work is the right amount of capitalism mixed with the right amount of shared risk and responsibility(Socialism.) For instance, any road that you drive on (without paying a toll for) is a bit of Socialism. The fire department is a bit of shared risk(Socialism.) Our National Defense is a form of shared risk(Socialism.) When these hillbillies get their trailers destroyed by twisters, what happens? They take the Gov't aid they would have surely voted against ever being available to anyone. That is a form of shared risk in response to a natural tragedy. All these things you despise came about because your way was tried, and it failed. With Pure Capitalism, one of the givens is that there will always be severe poverty. Try it. You will see. I will win the bet. We have had some level of Socialism for a quite some time. We are brainwashed to say we don't, but we do. We are civilized because of it.
