My uncle has a sign that says "If a man has the sense to treat his wife like a thoroughbred she will never turn into an old nag." Women, what would the corresponding advice to wives be? Something about not gelding him, I'm sure, but I can't think of how to phrase it. Thoughts? (Men can suggest, too. Though I don't think I'm going to agree with any that say what he needs is a band of mares...)
