Yeah I ****ed that up 😂 . I am not going to waste my time documenting failures. I am a customer this is how I feel. The fact that I am being asked to document my greviences really isn't something that anyone needs to ask their customer. Not like I am suing them. IMHO they are ****ING UP and as usual the industry is attacking their customers that are complaining. Really this is customer service 101 but someone as smart as you know that
