My simplified/abbreviated display of the Steve Crist A-B-C-X method offers wagering suggestions based on your budget.. All A plays are for small budgets; A-B's for medium budgets; Full A-B-C for large budgets.

I simply don't have time between getting off the air at noon Mon-Fri (and 11:15 or so Sundays with TV) to make the SCR adjustments to the selections, adjust the Pick-X grids AND lay out the 12-18 wagers involved in daily A-B-C plays on 4 and sometimes 5 P4-P5-P6's. It's impossible.

If you want to keep it simple, bet the A-B play and then the C's with the A's. It's not the exact Crist methodology, but it's still more efficient than a 'caveman' ticket.

P5 Grid:

6: 3-8 (A), 5-9 (B), 1-4-6-7 (C)
7: 3-7-11 (A), - (B), 4-8-13 (C)
8: 1-6 (A), 2-3 (B), 4-5 (C)
9: 3-5 (A), 6-9 (B), 8-12 (C)
10: 2-3-9 (A), - (B), 5-6-8 (C)

Bet #1: 1-4-6-7 with 3-7-11 with 1-6 with 3-5 with 2-3-9 (4x3x2x2x3 = 144 x .50 = $72)
Bet #2: 3-8 with 4-8-13 with 1-6 with 3-5 with 2-3-9 (2x3x2x2x3 = 72 x .50 = $36)
Bet #3: 3-8 with 3-7-11 with 4-5 with 3-5 with 2-3-9 (2x3x2x2x3 = 72 x .50 = $36)
Bet #4: 3-8 with 3-7-11 with 1-6 with 8-12 with 2-3-9 (2x3x2x2x3 = 72 x .50 = $36)
Bet #5: 3-8 with 3-7-11 with 1-6 with 3-5 with 5-6-8 (2x3x2x2x3 = 72 x .50 = $36)

Again, the A-B-C method: https://www.drf.com/news/abcs-multi-race-betting
