I guess the key to your question is "the
LAST horse bred in Denmark to win in NY". Since Rossard won the Flower Bowl in 1984, the horse you're thinking of must have won in NY since then. Like IC, Rossard was the only Danish-bred I could think of, so I have to throw in the towel.
And as far as the India-bred goes, I'll throw in TWO towels!
