Tremendously intriguing group with surface switchers possessing decent back form on grass (20-1 Molly Morgan; 5-2 Via Villaggio), a trio of barn movers (3-1 Long Face and 6-1 Euro Import Triple Charm to Clement; 4-1 Alaura Michelle to Pletcher) and a pair of medium priced 'shots with races two back that can win (10-1 Gamay Noir; 8-1 Royal Fury). No bad combos for you to try here and be thankful this isn't in the P5 or late P4..

There are some gaudy trainer stats in tow here that may be clues or may confound including Herman Wilensky (20-1 When We Act) hitting at an astounding 50% W's with his last 24 acquisitions ($3.17 ROI). If you want to go back further, he's still good for a 26% clip with his last 148 for a $2.73 ROI..

Slightly awkward group of fillies and mares with potential for a surprise. Eastern Atlantic (Stormy Atlantic) makes a late-in-life first start on dirt and there is reasonable expectation that she might like it. The 5yo mare is out of Echo d'Or, a full sister to the excellent Meyerhoff-owned, Buddy Delp-trained sire Western Echo. Echo d'Or herself was a good dirt sprinter and Eastern Atlantic merits an upset look..
