I put it in a wealth transfer insurance product so that I could earn some interest on it until we find the right horse, honey. :)

The Indomitable DrugS 06-19-2007 12:28 PM

Buy Hip #49 if you can.

That filly looked alarmingly athletic and well bred for a horse going at OBS June.

The Indomitable DrugS 06-19-2007 12:32 PM

So much for that idea---she already sold...and for $190K.

No great bargain there.

Rileyoriley 06-19-2007 12:40 PM

Who was she out of?

She's a Jump Start filly out of Chandelier. Very nice looking although I kinda like hip 136 a bit better.

If you need it quicker...you can always go to the OBS Sales book keeper and make a cash withdrawal from my horseman's account...might be quicker and cleaner...Uncle Sam can't trace that:D

My Straight Man filly just sold for 62k.

That More Than Ready colt that went 10 seconds flat will probably be the sale topper.

Morty,

You missed your 8AM hernia repair surgery...I drank all your anesthesia waiting for you! Now I am blasted for the day and cant read the Racing Form for Belmont pick-6.

Please call the office to reschedule!

Storm Cadet 06-20-2007 10:40 AM

Morty,

I can't fit you into my surgical schedule anymore!

I've found you a great replacement MD and I think he's available now!
