1st: Arian Foster
2nd: Steven Jackson
3rd: Hakeem Nicks
4th: Knowshen Moreno
5th: Jermichael Finley
6th: Anquan Boldin
7th: Matthew Stafford

12th: Ben Tate
13th: Garrett Hartley

To IR?

If my man can play more than seven or eight quarters, he'll have a good year. Hell, Shaun Hill was a serviceable fantasy quarterback last year.

Odds that Chris Johnson has a hammy issue sometime this year if/when he reports?

I gambled that he has to be healthy one of these years. He could have played late last year but they decided to hold him back.

Just seems like things are coming together there in Detroit, so what the hell.

Lions have a serviceable offense, including a top five WR and perhaps the best pass-catching TE combination in the league. And their running game still stinks so they're likely to throw the ball. A lot. I think Stafford can put up big numbers provided his arm isn't torn from his socket.

I think Best will have a big year if he can stay on the field.

If he can replicate his first couple of games from last year, Best should be solid. Would have been even better without the Mikel Leshoure injury.

Knowshon could do very well this year too. Should stay healthy now that he is back to the weight he is supposed to play at. Splitting time with Willis has been good for other backs too.

Not necessarily fantasy-wise though. McGahee is a touchdown vulture.

No doubt about that, was mostly thinking he would get back to breaking off longer TD runs that got him to the NFL.

I have:

Qb
Rodgers, Hasselbeck

Rb
Chris Johnson, Tolbert, Blount

Wr
Nicks, Julio Jones, Boldin, AJ Green, Steve Smith (Phil), Randy Moss

Te
Finley, Gresham

K
Matt Bryant

D
Detroit

So I'm thinking about making an offer to the guy that lost Charles from KC. I'm thinking of two offers.

1-Blount or Tolbert and Boldin for Charles Johnson
2-Rodgers, Johnson, and Boldin for Brady and Johnson

Any opinions?

Isn't Charles Johnson a defensive end?

King Glorious 09-18-2011 08:32 PM

I meant Calvin.

declansharbor 09-19-2011 12:40 AM

Nothing like out-thinking urself and starting Jamaal Charles over Jahvid Best and Percy Harvin over Jeremy Maclin.

My hindsight roster shouldve been Brady, Best, Mathews, Maclin, Vjax, n Hernandez...but instead i lose by 20.
