I think this should give you some perspective on your situation my good friend:

I had to have some blood work done so the doc wants to see me to talk about the results. While checking in I see this gorgeous receptionist. After a 45 minute wait I finally get in to see the doctor. He says "I have good news and bad news for you, which do you want first?"

So I laughed and said "Bad news.' Doc says, 'It's malignant and advanced, we're going to have to put you on chemotherapy and radiation. You might make 3 months tops."

I thought to myself WTF then I blurted out "Ohhhh, man, well, what's the good news?"

Doc says, "Well did ya see my new receptionist, the blonde with the big tits?

I'm fucl<in' her"
