Quite frankly i don't know anyone who really cares. This tragic event has been covered 24/7 since its occurrence and everyone can take only just so much gloom. I think I am no different than anyone else right now, I hope he heals up great, am happy at the progress he is making, and think good thoughts about him.
But its time to move on now. We can sit and try to find the smoking gun and assign blame to someone but you know what? None of its gonna change the fact that he is in a stall, injured but healing.
What does it matter if it was a clip or a slip? Nothing conclusive will ever come of it, just another matter to speculate on. Its a waste of good space.
