Good one, though it sounds a little awkward. I'd change it to "Herculean Labor" or "Labor of Hercules".
If you use Johannesburg (ie South Africa) and Fastness (ie castle) together, you come up with "
Castle of Good Hope" (a fortification built by the Dutch East India Company) or the more general but also more succinct "
Star Fort" (the type of fort the Castle is).
Also, Multiplicity is a half-brother to the great iron horse, Sahara King, so there is some more African links to explore there.
