I think more than that it proved that the best offensive lineup in the playoffs is not a lineup of home run hitting all stars. The playoffs is all about small ball and is why they were more successful when they had Tino Martinez, Paul O'Neill, and Scott Brosius than Jason Giambi, Gary Sheffield, and Alex Rodriguez.
