Sheer
insurance company BS is what has been squeezing doctors since the late 1970's in my experience, and is one of the reasons I became a DVM rather than pursue an MD. Too many complaints from the doctors I knew talking about how difficult it was to deal with it all.
The less insurance company BS controlling how you practice medicine, influencing your insurance (malpractice type) costs, and expanding your office costs (paperwork), the more doctors we'll have.
