kev , then why is the exception there in the rule book , most infractions there are no cameras there , if someone was in a bunker and the ball was plugged up near the lip , they took a hard swing , and their 1st reaction was not oh where is the ball , their 1st reaction was a reflexive action of putting the club into the sand because they didn't want to go tumbling down , i have seen this time and time again with older people - when would the exception apply is my question?
