depending on the person who sold you a policy to explain what it covers is like assuming the person that sold you a car is capable of repairing it.
here's the deep dark secret:
your insurance agent is a salesperson. same as the guy on the car lot.
they are very good at what they do. and most have the phone number of the claims department and will call so they can give you an informed answer.
but a lot are just salespeople and don't have a clue. beware.
