I doubt they'd be running on dirt right now, it isn't even just the heavy rain, it's the strong winds as well, I so far have had my garage door blown out, it looks like the Hulk tried to run through it, and I had a large pine tree blown over, and the biggest storm is supposed to be Thursday.
