either this is a war, or it's not. we didn't charge every nazi soldier in ww2, did we? absolutely not. now, if it's not a war, what the hell are we doing in iraq and afganistan? if it's all criminally handled, then cut the bs and pull everyone out of those two countries and let them work it out. as for what bush did, your constant references to him, who no longer has anything to do with what's going on currently, are tiresome, boring, and a completely different subject.
also, we still have plenty of enemy combatants at gitmo and elsewhere. this admin is being inconsistent. if it's a war, they are combatants, if it's not, end the 'wars' overseas now.
