The scary thing to me is how willing the ultra-conservatives are to eat their mate. The Democrat Owens won in NY. That's a Democratic congressional seat. Yet the "Conservative Party" - whose candidate
lost to the Democrat - is crowing this race was a success, a "win" because the moderate Republican quit the race?
