So, they put $20 into the late pick 3, and hit for $134. They know they should of had over $600 for that late p4, and they know they could of done it for $20. Right? The most obvious horses won the last 2 races. The winner of the 2nd leg was like the 5th deep horse for most people. If you liked the Talamo horse in the 1st leg, then it's a $20 p4 bet. So, look for p4 bets where the 1st leg has a horse you can single. Then you can go 5x2x2 etc. the rest of the way.

this is very true. the first leg of any multileg wager is the most critical for this psychological reason.
