I'm not talking about those in that range. Nobody should make 300k-500k a year off the sick. Start there. Get rid of that. Then, look for other solutions, but you can't just ignore those feasting off sick people. All I am saying is let them go into a field that is a luxury item. I don't want people in these fields for the money. If they don't like it for the job, then that's it. Move on.
