Just off phone with Chuck. Our girl came back pretty banged up from the experience. Looks like she got stepped on pretty good with one gash on an outside hind and caught herself too with another cut on the inside. Hebert probably should have backed off the very hot early pace when it became clear she wasn't getting the lead, but that group was an honest $50k bunch.
More later from Chuck, but the lone good news is she got fitness out of it and came back more or less in one piece. We'll look towards a good spot at Turfway in 4 weeks..
