Usually they don't. I don't know what the agreement is but they might not be allowed to. They didn't show the race before the Preakness on NBC or the race before the derby either, if I am correct.

ABC had the Manhattan in '06 and ESPN had the Acorn that year as well. Don't know about last year though.
