I don't think it does at all. They made a quick mention before the race. It's not like they did a huge segment on it. It was a 30 second piece at most and after the race there was no mention of it.

this is a nothing issue imo, and its real simple. a couple people thought it didn't belong, others saw it as no problem. i don't think there is much else to cover on this one.
