The waitress brought to our table one of the chefs "creations." He put a small (one bite) piece of roast beef on a Ruffles-like potato chip, and topped it with horseradish, I guess. This was supposed to be a master creation! And the portions sizes would leave a squirrel hungry. I couldn't believe that there was a market for a place like this in the woods of Massachusetts. I think it had a French sounding name, too?
Is there a pattern here?

I do have to say one of the best apps I ever had was roast duck with a very light drizzle of some sort of sweet sauce on a sweet potatoe chip....at least I think it was meant for an app.
