It was all humor people and maybe it says more about the fact that I rarely joke here that it wasn't seen as such but the selections caught my eye at about 700 AM when I picked up my Wednesday form and I thought it was interesting and combined with owning a piece of her myself I thought I could have some fun with it......sorry if you really believed I was serious saying that Hersh actually interviews horses.
I thought it was an interesting observation given every other expert pick in the form had SWLY as an obvious winner I thought it was an opportunity to be a bit of a homer with MY horse. I'll bet Hersh would probably laugh as Steve did "lol".
If a Yankee fan makes fun of the Red Sox it is seen as a biased opinion given the loyalty of the fan to New York why can't an owner have a little fun defending his horse from a local writer who probably sees a horse shipped in to "take the money and run" as a horse worth picking against.
A deep breath and a smile will change the perception of all of this......
