Where do you want to get licensed?

I had to get licensed in KY in 2003. All I needed to do was fill out an application, have a trainer, and pay them $100. Although I had an additional liability insurance through the National HPBA, I was never asked for that info. Maybe it's changed since then but I doubt it.
