Yesterday afternoon, I was listening to one of those 60-second sport shorts on the radio and it was mentioned that UVa ranked 350th out of 351 Division I teams in "pace of play" with only 58.3 offensive possessions per game. It was mentioned that Cincinnati was ripe to pick off Virginia, but UMBC did the deed. Virginia's pace of play was their own undoing in the second half for sure.
