This is not only ridiculous it runs completely contrary to the evidence of her career record.
She ran, as DrugS accurately pointed out, a superb race in the Preakness. She held a five length lead into the stretch before being run down late by the great Personal Ensign in the Maskette and then lost by a nose to the same Personal Ensign in the BC Distaff while finishing ahead of Goodbye Halo who would simply have dusted these paper tigers we have seen leading that division in recent years.
A better argument could be made that the Derby was not her best effort and all things considered she should have finished behind both Forty Niner and Risen Star....at least on that day.
