That is all basically BS. The bottom line is that this racially diverse grand jury was shown every piece of evidence in this case. They got to see everything. Who even cares what the DA thinks? The final decision was the grand jury's to make and the DA held nothing back. He showed them all the evidence. By the way, for what it's worth the DA happens to be a democrat. But that doesn't really matter. All that matters was that the DA gave the grand jury all the evidence.
Instead of these protesters simply admitting that they were wrong and that they were totally played by the race-baiters, they want to blame the prosecutor. It's a joke. They got exactly what they wanted and they're still complaining. The DA knew there was no case. But the race-baiters were not going to take "no" for an answer. The DA couldn't file charges because he knew he had no case. Yet if he failed to act, the race baiters were going to go crazy. So he gave them what they wanted. He decided he would let an impartial group (the grand jury) see all the facts and let them decide. They have made their decision. What can anyone complain about at this point?
