Troika
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Look up troika in Wiktionary, the free dictionary.
A general meaning of the Russian word troika (Russian: тройка) is three of a kind, a collection of three or simply the number three. It may also mean:
Troika (driving), a sled or carriage drawn by three horses harnessed side-by-side
Troika (dance), a folk dance
Troika (triumvirate) of judges or political leaders

One of the racing jurisdictions should change the Trifecta to the Troika. Then we'd have the Troika, Trifecta and Triactor ... and then someone would revert to the Triple as well.

You're doomed. I like him too. Talk about not giving a horse a chance.

Call me crazy, but did it look like Maragh was hardly asking the 5 to move up the rail in the Arlington Hcp. Looked like an all-out prep to me, and that being the case, the horse was still running on completely unasked up the rail.

You're not crazy at all. Noticed the same thing.
