Heard Steve say on ATR that maybe scratch and run on Monday. if running Monday I may try to make it.

This is one of the easiest grass spots I've ever seen in NY.

I really hope you guys run him tomorrow.

They draw Monday today.. It's a MC $20k for 6f on the grass, but you have no way of knowing if the race is going to be used in time to come out of today's race.

'Easy' it may be, but we don't know if Lloyd wants any part of the grass based on the first try. It was a pretty squishy course and that 'needs' to be the reason he didn't run much at all on 4/29. He has the ouchy hind end, and that certainly would have made it harder on him getting over a softer surface.

Gary's mother's funeral is today, and I haven't burdened him with anything about the horses. We'll run today. If he doesn't like the lawn, there's a 6f dirt race coming up in a few weeks for him.

Sorry to hear about Gary's mom, my condolences to Super G. Hope Lloyd runs well today.

If there is any justice, Gary will get a win or two today.

Pretty sure it'll be fine. Even if it did rain, that turf course has to be baked from the lack of rain it's gotten this week.
