What happened to that Repent filly that was running in the spring?

MISTERGEE 11-10-2010 11:53 AM

A bit surprised at the short field but will be rooting for Tannersville again in the Bonnie Heath

Well don't just stand there looking stupid, grasping your hands in pain. :p

The turf course looks absolutely torched on TV. To call it chewed up is an understatement. CRC has 3 races scheduled for the Turf on Thurs and Fri before Florida Million Day on Saturday (4 races scheduled for the turf, including a couple of stakes). I don't know how much the course can take. The next month and a half there's some nice turf stakes races and I'm interested to see how the turf course will hold up.

I just saw Race 7 on Thurs and the turf actually looked a little better on TV today.

fridays races taken off the turf, evidently saving turf for sat as there no signs of rain

Congratulations to the great Howie Tesher who won the Appleton and may have a nice one in Racing Aptitude. Targeting the Tropical Park Derby next.
