They should have Zenyatta carrying 166 vs that group.

They could have Scav or Chuck as the jock and she'd still win

Now that would be fun to see ...

I think I am larger then both of them, just saying...

Zenyatta's margin of victory:

2.50 lengths or greater (-120)
Less than 2.5 lengths (Even money)

I'll take the under. I think Mike Smith does just enough and saves some for the next battle...

How does the rest of the field stack up to Anabaa's Creation?

Is there any true frontrunner in there?

Todds horse is a Giants Causeway, does that matter to anyone?

Not as much as her two previous starts over the Pro-Ride.

Del Mar's poly - this past summer - was a lot less kind to wide deep closers than SA's pro-ride is.

It's hard to say who the speed is ... there are some very cheap horses coming out of claiming races and sprint races.

Anabaa's Creation - while still elidigble for N3X Alw races - would certainly be good enough to run 2nd or 3rd against these.

Yeah, I intentionally ignored that piece of information to make believe the race was even remotely interesting.

Back to your winning margin thing, is Zenyatta the type of horse that will run away from a field?

I guess it mostly depends on when Mike Smith pushes the button.

I'm just setting an over/under as I would if Vegas made me a linemaker.

Interesting race to factor in "do we have to adhere to the original script?"

I've often considered myself adept at handicapping any possible "fix." Years of living in Chicago will lead to that handicap angle consideration. And other places, of course.

Of course this is not an apparent money making race for wagering.

I want Zenyatta to win, but I won't be tremendously surprised if racing luck gives us another winner..... with Zenyatta hitting the board in a "tough luck" race.

I'm sure the answer is around here if I dig, but does anyone easily know the television coverage....if any.....for the Rachel Alexandra race and the Zenyatta race tomorrow?

I have the email that I guess NTRA will stream, but I haven't checked the details.

Sidney's Candy! Nice.

the_fat_man 03-13-2010 06:51 PM

Gotta tip my cap to Sadler. Never saw anyone as good at stretching out horses (especially given the surface).
