Advice confirmed, Join in the Dance as well...

... the QR defection gives Pletcher three.

This was mentioned in some other threads, but official word was never posted. There were ?'s on whether Advice would go. JITD gives the pace a new wrinkle now.

Advice was impressive in the Lexington, sounds like he's doing well since. Back too soon though?

Be my guess... I doubt I will be using him on any of my tickets.

Interesting quote...
Take the Points most recently was fourth in the Santa Anita Derby (gr. I).

"He’s been competitive in his races. I don’t want to leave one I think can win in the barn."

Better quote

Advice, owned by WinStar Farm, won the Lexington Stakes (gr. II) at Keeneland April 18.

"Advice worked well and came out of it well. The question is if coming back in two weeks and going from the grass to a mile and a quarter on dirt is too much," Pletcher said.

I'd love to see an even better quote that would somehow suggest that finishing a distant 6th in the Sunland Derby makes him even remotely competitive in the Kentucky Derby.

He really needs to do the national call of the Derby and let CD deal with the embarrassment.

You know what? Lukas is sounding more like Pletcher these days and Pletcher is sounding more like Lukas...vice versa.

Well said big fella.

But I thought CD management said that he was the "overwhelming choice." Yeah, I guess when you are busy pushing your idiotic agenda things can get skewed in one direction.

They obviously should have let Grunder call races 1-3, Wallace 4-6 and let Battaglia take care of the Pick 4.
