Anyone plan on going to the Florida Derby? When do tickets go on sale?

yes... had to wait to see the outcome of sunday's eagles game before I could commit. if they had won i was thinking about spending the weekend in tampa...

now south fl here I come.. (well most likely, I still need to call my friend and ask if I can stay there)

I think we'll be there part of the day. I do plan on driving back for the Super Bowl (in case I can score a ticket)- 4 hour drive. That's cool that you won the suite though. Perfect timing !

Cool, you should stop up for a bit earlier in the day. We'll be there Friday and Saturday as well. We'll be near the paddock between races most of the time so come find us when you get there.

I would love to stay for the whole day Sunday but I'd like to get back just in case one of my buddies score a Super Bowl ticket. (Not likely - but with my luck, I'll get a call at 3 PM and someone would say "Hey....I got a couple of tickets, wanna go?" and I'd still be down in Miami.....:wf
