With most of these free agent signings, I can understand why the old team didn't want to pay their player,but not with Furcal.Every game this guy shows up to play very hard.Even when he was hurt the whole year (last year,) he just kept playing.Never said much of anything about it being a problem,but it's obvious it was a huge problem(totally ready to go this year.)When this guy is healthy,he is so valuable.He is very "EGG-SIDED" just to be playing the game.The guy has such a cannon for an arm.

He is always hurt, he makes a lot of money, Atlanta has lots of cheaper alternatives that are younger and probably nearly as good...

He wont be a Dodger past next year either

Yea its always nice to see a player give 110% for an upcoming potential big payday contract.
