War Pass in the Fountain of Youth...

...where would he have finished?

I think he would have dusted them. Easy leader to the backstretch, and race over.

ninetoone 02-24-2008 05:14 PM

I think he would have won by the same # of lengths that he did in his race, or close to it...

outofthebox 02-24-2008 05:53 PM

I dont think he could have handled the extremely fast fractions that race had.

Just kidding..When are they going to hand time the race and make a change.

miraja2 02-24-2008 05:56 PM

Are we to assume he would have had an outside post? If so, I guess it might be an interesting question.
If he was in the race and drew 1-5......it isn't very interesting at all in my estimation.

hoovesupsideyourhead 02-24-2008 06:00 PM

the only reason he didnt win by more was that this was a workout..if in the other race he would have won by around 6 if let go...but why speculate really hes pointing tward the derby..and tc ..he looked alot like bernardini..to me ..

And I once saw a $25,000 NY-bred claimer win by 25 1/2 at Belmont. Does that make her comparable to Secretariat?
