Legendary racing official Tommy Trotter joins me tonight at 4:30 to talk about the late Bill Hartack and more. In his long career, Trotter was racing secretary and steward at NYRA; Hialeah; Gulfstream; Arlington and elsewhere, and is known as one of the true gentleman in turfdom.
