NFL O/U Total Wins

Can someone please post the o/u total wins for all NFL teams at the Hyatt or other sports book in Las Vegas for me? Barracuda prevents access to this information at work. Thanks.

You believe Kevin Kolb is worth two wins by his lonesome if you think the Cards over 6.5 is a good bet.

Apparently, there's been a ton of action on the Lions. I read their Super Bowl odds are down to like 17-1 in some places.

GBBob 08-09-2011 11:43 AM

I heard an intersting stat that every year for the last 17 ( I think) there have been at least 5 teams in the playoffs that weren't the year before. Which also means there will be 5 teams that were in LY that won't make it this year. I think there will be more turnover in the NFC than in the AFC for sure.

knickslions2 08-09-2011 11:48 AM

Bills under looks like a lock!

Coach Pants 08-09-2011 11:52 AM

Philly under. I'd be interested in under 8.5 line even.

As long as the Pack is there nothing else matters. 11.5 is a real tough number to take the over on.

Philly could be the biggest dissapointment IMO in the league. Too much hype

slotdirt 08-09-2011 12:11 PM

I think anything less than at least an appearance in the conference championship is going to disappoint Iggles fans this year. I still think their front seven is a bit thin on paper.

somerfrost 08-09-2011 01:05 PM

Under looks good on Redskins, Seahawks and Dolphins. Breaks my heart to say under for Skins but they simply don't have the talent.

I think the Cards will win 7 games in the division they are in. I personally think they will win the division.

Kolb is an enormous upgrade to what they had last year. It will come down to their O-line and D-line. But that division is horrible, so they have the opportunity to win games.

the hype is all media driven. Its not like they are the Heat declaring themselves champions for the next 5 years. Unless you are focusing on a tweet from the twit Vince Young, someone who at this point is our 3rd string QB.

the hype was built by ESPN. you certainly can't fault the Eagles for picking up some extremely good free agents/trades.

Dahoss 08-09-2011 01:18 PM

I'll take the Chiefs and under.

Linebackers are young and inexperienced, so its a gamble. The D-line has had extreme upgrades and will be solid.. especially with Washburn running the D-line.

somerfrost 08-09-2011 01:24 PM

Houston should be good on the over.

Agree 100%. Eagles are trying to down play the hype. They definitely improved on paper, but that means nothing. You never want to be the team everybody is talking about in Preseason they never seem to meet expectations.

knickslions2 08-09-2011 01:29 PM

I really dislike the eagles but based on their schedule there are only 6 teams that they could lose to: Atlanta, Giants (2) Dallas (2), NE, Jets and Chicago. 5 Losses look about right.

I think its all up to Mike Vick... if he improves off his quality year last year, they will be tough. If he gets injured or reverts back to Atlanta Vick, it will be a tough year. (of course this is true for all the teams)

They have gone all in, so you could say Superbowl or bust... which would make your opinion of a dissapointing season a probability.

If you mean dissappointing as in not making the playoffs, I would strongly disagree.

slotdirt 08-09-2011 01:52 PM

I agree Kolb is a massive improvement over the goofy Derek Anderson/Max Hall/John Skelton trio from last year, but three wins is a lot to stick on one guy. Are the Cardinals right now better than either the Rams or the Seahawks? I'd say the answer is no.

Edited to add that I completely forgot the 49ers, who are also probably a better team than the Cardinals right now. Though the Cardinals do get to play the Vikings, Panthers, Bengals, and Browns this year (all of whom should be wholly atrocious), so perhaps eight wins isn't impossible.

3kings 08-09-2011 01:56 PM

I'll take over Cards, Lions, Rams.

Not sure the Vikings will be that terrible.

I think they're a stone cold lock for last in that division, though the Bears are going to regress dramatically as well. Vikings just aren't as talented on the defensive side as they were a couple years ago.

clyde 08-09-2011 02:19 PM

Far too much hype on the Browns;too much pressure to win 6.5 games....3.25 is more realistic.

ateamstupid 08-09-2011 02:20 PM

The Cardinals' defense is still awful and they have no running game. It's gonna take more than Kolb and Fitzgerald to get them near the playoffs. Yeah, the division's terrible but the Cards are even worse.

If it's possible, the Cards defense is going to be even worse than last year. Honestly? They have to be the worst team in the worst division in football on paper. I can't see a .500 season in their future. Don't forget they've also lost their two best WR's not named "Fitzgerald" during the last two offseasons.

Antitrust32 08-09-2011 02:39 PM

the division is really a crap shoot.

If I was betting, I'd take the over. With the division they are in, and the schedule they have, I believe they have a better chance of going 7-9 than 6-10

Antitrust32 08-09-2011 02:39 PM

But the biggest bet I'd make is the under on the Giants.

Lots of interesting o/u's in that division. I could make compelling arguments to bet the under on every NFC East team.

The defense picked up the best corner in the draft along with the a few lower level free agents. The remade the o-line and added Kolb and Heap. All that being said, they have six winnable division games plus play the Panthers, Browns, Bengals, Vikings, and Redskins. I will be betting the over.

They also traded away their best corner. The point about the schedule is well-taken though.

I think the Giants got much worse over the offseason. I think there record will be closer to 7-9 than 10-6.

I wont touch the Eagles.. they have the talent to go 14-2 and the coach that could make them 9-7.

Cowboys, I have no clue. I think Romo is overrated.

Skins are going to suck.. probably similar to last year.

I would bet the Eagles to win the division, but the only O/U I'd take is the Under for the Giants.
