I suppose it's a little silly to be this excited about shipping day, but to me it means Dee Tee fun is gearing back up after vacation.

Kickin N Screamin may race within the next few weeks, we're lucky enough to have 31Lengths as DT "on the scene" in Tampa, and best of all Dee Tee gets to start planning to meet up again to watch the girls race!

I know the Tampa contingent under TC doesn't leave Churchill until tonight, but safe travels to all! I can't wait to hear that everyone arrived in good shape, who will be KNS exercise rider, hear as Chuck narrows down KNS first start, etc.

I just got home from the barn. Kickin N Screamin is on here way to beautiful, sunny Florida. Lucky girl. She should arrive in Tampa after 10:00 am tomorrow.

Does she have a favorite treat yet? Peppermints? The Tampa welcoming committee wants to be prepared.

Did any other of your horses go with her?

31lengths and I are both DT02'ers that live in the area and couldn't be more excited about "our" new arrival.

i'm 90 miles from tampa and will be there often!! Especially since I know how cool bigs and 31 lenghts are!!

Also, those $69 flights from Islip to Tampa are very inviting... Keep telling my wife, all I want for Christmas is a trip to Tampa Bay Downs.

Oh yeah and Arkansas....

There is a Holiday Inn Express and a Hilton Garden Inn in Oldsmar. Both are less than 5 years old and within a mile or two of the track (Oldsmar just isn't that big).

Any Marriots there? I got a boat load of Marriott points to do something with...

Five horses went down to Tampa...along with Jazzy (KnS) were Golden Orbit, E Major, Carwell, and Bubble Berry. I miss them muchos :(

Jazzy still doesn't have a favorite treat....she likes kisses, though :)

Work has been so busy as well as life lately. I hope to see some of you at Tampa if I can make Kickin's race. Life has a way of getting in the way lately. :(

I spoke to TC an hour ago. He said KNS and the other all had shipped well and settled down fine. They will all just walk in the morning and go to the track on Thursday.
