Here's some new pictures - sorry the quality isn't very good (don't get Fuji disposables, get Kodak); and there was an accident that shut down I-64/264 so didn't arrive in time to get exercise pictures. Cherie said she'd update on how both girls have been galloping. SWLY thinks very highly of herself <g>, and KNS was very calm, and has gained weight!

Oh, I'll get around to getting a digital! I may even break down and get high-speed internet, and I hear they have this thing called satellite TV now.

Exciting doings ... Cherie said Sumwon has been galloping like a steam train, and KNS has been doing well. Team Chuck was all busy going through condition books for Tampa and Oaklawn today, so Chuck or Cherie will have to post about possible travel plans for the girls!

Chuck will likely be updating the Blog later tonight, but here are the current plans...

KICKIN N SCREAMIN will be heading to Tampa next week with TC and is pointing for a start at Oldsmar either December 15th or 28th. She will likely workout Saturday... She is doing very well.

SUMWONLOVESYOU is galloping outstandingly. Chuck is thrilled with what the turnout has done for her. She will stay at Churchill, will start breezing in about 3 weeks and join the Simon string that goes to Oaklawn after the first of the year. The start of her 4 year old campaign will come at Hot Springs as early as February 3 depending on her readiness.

That would be awesome!

Wahoo, time to start checking out plane fares (if work allows, of course :D )

that's the only reason i wasn't so sure about changing jobs...getting a day off during the week MAY be tricky.

Great pictures. SWLY looks looks excellent and KNS looks much healthier than she did before. Can't wait to see them both racing.

many thanks for posting the pics - always good to see the sun shining early winter in Kentucky - and major props to the barn, doesn't matter race day or a regular middle of the week work day, the horses are always turned out so nicely .. KNS is sure coming along, wearing a much more relaxed expression and Sumwon, well, she's her usual HAM self - an AMAZON ham lol..

Thanks Riot - they look great. KnS looks so much better than when we first got her. And SWLY, well she looks spectacular. As someone pointed out, no matter what day it is our horses are always well turned out. Very lucky girls!!

Can Buffy be put on the "potential new mommy" list for SWLY when she retires? If you all aren't going to sell her as a broodmare. She is gorgeous and would make a wonderful looking show horse and by the time she is ready for a new career, Buffy may need to retire Bucky. :D

I walked her after her work this morning and she came out of it well. She stood well for her bath too. She is always a really nice horse to walk and work with. I'll miss her when she goes to Florida. She is one of my favorites.
