"But did you see the Michigan game in the Taco Bell/Meineke/Cash Call bowl? The whole nation was on the edge of their seat watching Lloyd Carr's illustrious career come to an end with a victory!! We didn't have to use the Orlando, FLORIDA excuse like we had to in that meaningless game that was played in New Orleans!! YAY-YUH!!!!"

I mean, the Big Ten's 4-3 record against the SECy the last two years is proof of the SECy domination.

And did you see that bowl game from Orlando, FLORIDA on New Year's Day? Poor Michigan almost couldn't score every time they had the ball because of all that southern speed.

Must be because those SEC teams never play against weaker opposition, like Tulane, or Louisiana Tech, or Middle Tennessee State, or Louisiana-Monroe.

================

Fine work,sir.

That secy speed is what caused Mike to fumble at the goal line twice thus holding the score down.

Doggoned Michigan is SSSSSEAUX slow compared to a secy team.

Late Fires 01-14-2008 03:44 PM

"Yeah, it was good to see Lloyd Carr finish his career 6-2 against the SEC. Hey, he won 75% of his games against them just like he did against all the other conferences. How could that be? And why do all these teams keep playing all these games when only the BCS championship game matters? Who is Baffert?"

Yeah not to mention all of the BCS championships that Carr won...oh wait.

Yeah, only one national title in 13 years of coaching. That's pretty terrible compared to all those coaches that have won more than that over the past 13 years, like:

Yeah that must've been something the day Michigan won the national title for the first time in 49 years. On that day Michigan fans didn't have to go to their father's graves and ask them to tell the story of the 1948 championship squad.

Yeah, they no longer had to console themselves with the fact that they were fans of the winningest program of all time. Oh, I forgot, history doesn't count when you're talking about won/loss records, only mythical national championships.

Consider yourself lucky that there wasn't a playoff system implemented from the get-go because if there was you could count the number of national champions from the Big 10 conference on a hand that's missing 3 fingers.

Oh stop being ridiculous...don't you know if a secy fan didn't see it.....it didn't happen.

Unless,of course,it's in their favor.

I don't know who Baffert is !!

Maybe the DOWP-ON-A-ROWP does.

Coach Pants 01-14-2008 04:22 PM

Grate work!! You two should sign up for ESPN's intern program. Maybe one day when Lou retires, Morty could take over his pep talks segment.

I don't blame you for being frustrated.

You're not doing very well at your fiction vs. our fact game.

Don't forget....ya'all require an Ohio coach born or trained, if not both, to win an nc down there.....most everyone does since the bcs invention.....Miles was Ohio born and Michigan trained by the way.

Stoops
Meyer
Carroll
Miles
Tressel
Saban
Coker

All either Ohio born and/or Ohio State trained....all nc winners

Gosh....that's a LOT!!

SOWP!!!

Great factual comeback.

Worthy of inclusion in the next volume of GREAT INTERNET COMEBACKS.

Would you kindly stick to facts?

You are getting clobbered here!

Yeah yeah. Winning percentage matters more than championships. The kind of mentality that gets Buffalo Bills fans through those dark and depressing winters.

You're winning bigtime.

Yes..I know.

Top this:..... 798 .714 7 7 14-0 3/6

Name ONE secy team that can top those numbers.

Only one has more titles..that's the ONLY one you can top.

And before you say individual awards are mythical....so are nc's.

You don't even want to go there.

No one has more Hesimans than Ohio State.....I'll leave it at Heismans.

Mortimer 01-14-2008 05:50 PM

Bonehead Dannie...you may join with your pathetic State Penn to die fors anytime you wish.

Make sure you have bathed first.

SOWP!!!

Mortimer 01-14-2008 06:33 PM

Try 798 and .714 on for size ,too.

And when you admit no secy team can beat that...I'll toss in Michigan's just to thoroughly embarrass you.
